8. What if the property I want to buy is selling for more than the appraised value?
One of the reasons we offer our investors 32.5% more equity than their investment is so we can allow sales for more than the appraised value. The extra cannot be way over value though, it must stay within reason.

9. What financing options are available for property purchases?
No financing charges apply to property we sell. Buyers pay taxes, insurance, and principal payments only. Even the downpayment can be converted to principal payments only with several options to acquire Down Payment Credits.
